1. Order Processing & Verification

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order and address before dispatch. Unverified orders will not be shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan with a simple, transparent pricing structure:

• Standard Shipping: PKR 200 flat rate.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of PKR 15,000 or more.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times via our courier partners are as follows:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, political unrest, or courier logistics issues.

4. Fragile Packaging Guarantee

We specialize in glassware and ceramics. Every order is meticulously packed with bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, and secure boxing to ensure it reaches your doorstep safely. In the rare event of transit damage, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding unboxing videos.
